(Junior) IT Business Analyst / Implementation Consultant (m/f/x)

Your mission

As a (Junior) IT Business Analyst / Implementation Consultant you are a member of a product team consisting of product owners, business analysts and software developers. You play a key role in the customer-centric Design, implementation and ongoing development of our platform and software-as-a-service products.

Analysis, conception and detailed specification of business logic, business processes and IT requirements for our platform and software-as-a-service products
Derivation of user stories from processes and features
Participation in the integration and implementation of business processes and IT requirements in customer projects
Creation of test concepts and support for quality assurance
Participation in 2nd level support
Participation in projects organized according to agile and classic methods

Your profile

Enthusiasm for rail freight transport / logistics and for digitization
University degree in MINT, business informatics or comparable training
First experience as a business analyst or IT project manager through internships, working student or regular work
Knowledge of IT requirements engineering and software engineering
Initial experience in process analysis and modeling using standard industry modeling methods (e.g. BPMN)
Experience with agile working methods and processes in IT projects is an advantage
Analytical, structured and conceptually strong way of working
Distinctive, economical and process-oriented thinking and acting
Very good knowledge of spoken and written Dutch and English
Willingness to make occasional business trips
Hands-on mindset when working with AI productivity tools

Je speelt een sleutelrol in het klantgerichte ontwerp, de implementatie en de continue doorontwikkeling van onze platform- en software‑as‑a‑serviceproducten.

Analyse, conceptie en gedetailleerde specificatie van businesslogica, bedrijfsprocessen en IT‑eisen voor onze platform- en SaaS‑producten
Afleiden van user stories uit processen en features
Meewerken aan de integratie en implementatie van bedrijfsprocessen en IT‑eisen in klantprojecten
Opstellen van testconcepten en ondersteuning van kwaliteitsborging
Meehelpen in 2nd‑level support
Deelnemen aan projecten die volgens zowel agile als klassieke methoden georganiseerd zijn

Jouw profiel

Enthousiasme voor spoorvracht/logistiek en voor digitalisering
Afgeronde universitaire opleiding in een MINT‑richting, bedrijfsinformatica of vergelijkbare opleiding
Eerste ervaring als business analyst of IT‑projectmanager (bijv. via stage, werkstudentfunctie of vaste baan)
Kennis van IT‑requirements engineering en software‑engineering
Eerste ervaring met procesanalyse en -modellering met gangbare methoden (bijv. BPMN)
Ervaring met agile werkmethoden en processen in IT‑projecten is een pre
Analytische, gestructureerde en conceptueel sterke manier van werken
Uitgesproken, kostenbewust en procesgeoriënteerd denken en handelen
Zeer goede mondelinge en schriftelijke kennis van het Nederlands en Engels
Bereidheid tot incidentele zakelijke reizen
Hands‑on mindset in het gebruik van AI‑productiviteitstools
